Punctuality alerts and service levels
By meas of the proprietary WG App, that is loaded application on the mobile phone (smart) of the drivers as soon as a trip is to him assigned, status alerts are sent in real time to the customer (to his cell phone, to his email or to a browser).
The following alerts can be configured:
- Start of the trip.
- ETA.
- Delay (change on ETA).
- Arrival.
- Unloading status.
- On road Event (slow traffic, accident, mechanical failure, etc) with the respective update of the ETA.
- End of the trip
This feature is particularly important for shipments under a just in time policy.
